Develop a brief outline which clearly lays out the details of how you plan to tackle your upcoming teaching exercise. Also, include a short essay explaining your plan of attack. If you are using slides, explain why. If you have decided not to pass out handouts, explain why. Will you be writing on the board or not? Why did you choose to focus on one aspect of the topic while completely avoiding another aspect? Which questions should you be prepared to answer? Don’t forget that you will lose a few minutes of time answering the questions!
